In 2010, we have recruited more than 1,000 people, either directly or through our affiliated partners. More than 400 stores openings are planned in France and 250 internationally during the 2010-2011 financial year. We will be building relationships with new affiliated partners, branch managers and suppliers. The abundance of information that we receive and give out significantly accelerates our capacity to judge and to decide. Nonetheless, in our commercial business, human contact remains a key value. I always remind our staff that our success to date is built on the core values that are "proximity", "humility" and "respect". ![]()
